Thank You Burke Heating and Air for getting us a new unit put in on the 1st of August after lighting got our other unit on the 20th of July. After calling 4 of the 4.9 to 5.0 star heating and air businesses in Morganton one came out the next day that happened to fall on a Saturday for a $150.00 charge to see what was wrong with our unit. The other 2 businesses came out on Monday, the fourth business that rates them self as a 5 star we still have not seen or heard from them, after calling them two times.
