My mother was in Room 213B with me there 12 hours a day for 4 Days in July 2025 until I realized that If I left my mom alone there for too long or even longer than 5 days she would probably die from an infection and malnutrition. I had to self Discharge her to save her from the smell of Piss and poop all over. I am current previous employee as of 7/7/2025. I was placed in a position that did not match my skillset nor my previous employment history. It was not the original position I applied for but still decided to take the "alternative" position to try it out but as reported, it was not for me.
