My appointment was at 11:30 am I signed in at 11:25 am never got called , finally said something at 11:58 and was told they never even signed me in when it was clearly a receptionist at the desk when I signed in . Very unprofessional and piss me off ! Will be making a complaint. It’s cold and wet outside I didn’t come here to watch tv
