My appointment was at 11:30 am I signed in at 11:25 am never got called , finally said something at 11:58 and was told they never even signed me in when it was clearly a receptionist at the desk when I signed in . Very unprofessional and piss me off ! Will be making a complaint. It’s cold and wet outside I didn’t come here to watch tv
Having had an awful time trying to get scheduled for a HIDA scan at other places in Augusta, someone recommended I call Burke Imaging and what a difference it made. They got me scheduled in for my scan less than a week later, answered all of my questions, and always returned my calls. During my appointment, Brittany and Molly took great care of me and were absolutely wonderful to work with. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about this facility and the entire staff!
The young lady that completed my imaging was very caring and professional. She took hrest care of me.
