As per Lindsay - Burke Flowers representative - “The photos that you see on our website show the flowers all on one side of the vase, and we design it all around so that it looks great from all angles in the home” this is false advertisement to a T. Not only will they replace flowers due to inventory shortage, and quite frequently as seen from other reviews, but the receiver will get less than half of the flowers expected and paid for. I ordered a premium bouquet for a condolence from the website. When it arrived it was considerably less full than represented with what I considered to be far less blooms. I contacted Burke's as I thought there had been an error. I was told the website features a photo of a one sided arrangement with the total amount of blooms that will be distributed into the all around arrangement that is delivered.
