I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE CARE AND SERVICES I HAVE RECEIVED AT B. F. P. THE MEDICAL CARE HAS BEEN THUROUGH AND PERSONABLE, AND THE OFFICE AND SUPPORT STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. DR. SANABRIA IS PARTICULARLY ATTENTIVE, SUPPORTIVE AND NONJUDGMENTAL.
was a patient here for five years, and unfortunately, the quality of care has declined significantly over time. While the waiting room may have been remodeled, don’t be misled by appearances. The front desk routinely shuts off phone lines well before closing, or leaves patients on hold until the call is sent to voicemail. It’s clear that patient care and well-being are no longer priorities here.
My experience has been the worst ever. The on hold wait time to contact any of the telephone options is no less that 20 minutes. The manager,Joselin, told me to select option 5 but that just takes me to another on hold experience. I am finished with this provider. I have a medical issue follow up to discuss and believe the possibility of talking to someone is nonexistent. I deserve more consideration and respect than they can provide. Everything about them is how a Drs office should be run. Timely, efficient, attentive front office staff. No wait for scheduled appt. Dr Wu was very thorough and took his time and did not rush through the appt. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.
