I have completed my SRT surgery with total success. My tech, Germania Fleurmont was the Complete Professional, going over all aspects of the procedure. She answered all my questions and if I need SRT again, no problems. Also, rest of staff was totally professional.
The front desk was prompt and friendly. I was seen on time. Drew addressed my issue and had it fully resolved in under 10 minutes.
No discussion, no explanations, no personal attention nor interest. In and out...quick, quick, quick.
Waited over an hour to be be seen. The assistant was attentive and interactive with my wife and I who get our annual checks together. They say it saves time. But I guess that means less attention from Dr. BRIGHT. She didn't even ask about the concern I made the appointment for, nor the obvious laser burn on my wife's leg. I could go on with my long list of dissatisfaction, but why bother. Shame on you. Won't be back.
Does anyone ever answer the phone or return messages? This is getting ridiculous at this point. And when they do answer after having you on hold for over 20 minutes, they act like you are bothering them. Find another office if you are looking for a dermatologist.
