Waited over an hour to be be seen. The assistant was attentive and interactive with my wife and I who get our annual checks together. They say it saves time. But I guess that means less attention from Dr. BRIGHT. She didn't even ask about the concern I made the appointment for, nor the obvious laser burn on my wife's leg. I could go on with my long list of dissatisfaction, but why bother. Shame on you. Won't be back.
Does anyone ever answer the phone or return messages? This is getting ridiculous at this point. And when they do answer after having you on hold for over 20 minutes, they act like you are bothering them. Find another office if you are looking for a dermatologist.
I've been going to Burke Dermatology for 6 years. I had wonderful experiences with "Henry" for the first few years. Then I suddenly got switched to "Michelle" and the quality of care was so much worse. She is always in a rush, she has really nervous, uptight energy, and no bedside manner or warmth at all. I've had skin tags removed at this practice several times, but the most recent visit, she was lecturing me about skin tags as if it was my first visit. Had surgery stitches have broke lose and wound is open yet no emergency number or after hours answering service for on call doctor
I have gone here several times and now looking for a different dermatologist. Always feel rushed and unheard. Dr. Bright makes me feel like I’m bothering her. Took my daughter and Michele talked over her and never listened. Both offices forgot to call in our Rx after appointments. Trying to call to correct the situations always results in long time on hold or voicemail.
