Horrible!!!! The front staff alone made the whole experience horrible. Showed up early for my appointment. Wrote my name down on their paper then sat down since the lady’s behind the glass were doing other things. 10min go by then I walk up to the glass. I was told by the staff that they just got in and to have a seat they will call me when they are ready. There were 3 other patients waiting who were already helped. I waited another 20min and had 4 other patients walk in after me. All 4 patients were helped by the front desk... read more
These guys are awful had prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy not once but but twice tried to talk to them about this no one answers my calls or put on hold for long time with no help ,
Always in a hurry. Don't take time to listen. Book to many people at one time. Staff is ok
I have been going to Burke dermatology for care for some time. I have had a great experience with all the staff… office workers, care support and the main care providers. I feel that all of my symptoms are looked at closely and with sincere care and concern. Thank you !
