DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS! The community is mostly older people probably 40+ who would BANG on walls and ceilings if any noise is being made after 7pm, even on weekends! So unless you have kids that sit around quietly all day everyday day, I would not recommend living here.

The monthly fees are awfully high. Better clean up needed.
