In April I had a Right knee total replacement and everything went well. Dr. Jacob’s is wonderful. Burke Health was so great I went back October 9 to get a Total Knee replacement for my left knee. The staff were friendly, kind, and professional. Everything went as planned and I got to go home the same day. I recommend Burke Health.
From the moment I checked in until the minute I left it was a good experience! I wish it was a tad closer but I’d use it again if necessary despite the distance.
Everyone from the check in desk to the end of my preop visit were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Even the staff that I was not involved with, made it a point to greet me and were very friendly.
Something told me to wait to write this review. I will not be naming names. Let’s start with per op : Am a 40 F and was scared out of my mind. I had the walked in gave the woman my name she was s sweetheart. She had me check in. The called me back to get an EKG and had to wait because the woman was on the phone. She really should not have been but am not her boss. Got the ekg done and o was off the the next office to give my medical history. This woman was amazing she even prayed with me. That did help.
