Burke performed an excellent job installing a vapor barrier and waterproofing my crawlspace 2 years ago. Prior to their work I had two floods from a failed sump pump and weeping tile drainage system. Since their work two years ago, I have continued with their annual service contract, as well as contacted them for any issue that may have arose. We chose Burke Construction for our crawl space encapsulation for many reasons including: excellent reviews, recommendations by other tradespeople, they clearly know and are experts on encapsulation, our sales rep Craig was patient, knowledgeable and never pushy and everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful. Burke just waterproofed my crawl space. They delivered on schedule and exactly as promised in the contract. Day one they removed all debris and old insulation. Also removed all mold - the 46 year old floor joists look brand new. Day two trenched the interior perimeter of crawlspace walls, installed interior perimeter drain pipes, covered entire crawlspace floor with a waffled underlayment and then an ultra heavy plastic layer on top.
