Burke just waterproofed my crawl space. They delivered on schedule and exactly as promised in the contract. Day one they removed all debris and old insulation. Also removed all mold - the 46 year old floor joists look brand new. Day two trenched the interior perimeter of crawlspace walls, installed interior perimeter drain pipes, covered entire crawlspace floor with a waffled underlayment and then an ultra heavy plastic layer on top.
