Burke performed an excellent job installing a vapor barrier and waterproofing my crawlspace 2 years ago. Prior to their work I had two floods from a failed sump pump and weeping tile drainage system. Since their work two years ago, I have continued with their annual service contract, as well as contacted them for any issue that may have arose. I had some minor water leaking from a hot water heater that set off the alarm on top of the sump pump in the crawlspace recently, and they came to address it in a timely manner. Mike a... read more

We chose Burke Construction for our crawl space encapsulation for many reasons including: excellent reviews, recommendations by other tradespeople, they clearly know and are experts on encapsulation, our sales rep Craig was patient, knowledgeable and never pushy and everyone we spoke with was courteous and helpful.
