Their rules are obscene and they show extreme favoritism. I will not go to their sales again or recommend them to anyone.
Do not recommend.Buyers beware, lots of hidden illegal fees. Disgrace to veterans, they don’t tell you that there is a fee for “transition” until they call you the night before for closing for payment, if it is not on the closing disclosure, do not pay it. Realty group are a bunch of greedy frauds. Take your business elsewhere. This group is being reported for illegal activity
We used Carole Burke and her company for an estate sale for the contents of our mother's house. The entire process was transparent to us and seamless. Carole came to the house, surveyed the contents, and explained the process, her fee and the other costs of the sale. We are not local, so we had to rely on her to take care of the details. It was a true pleasure meeting Carole and her Team. Seeing this incredibly gorgeous little shop just blew us away. We just moved to The States after 38 years in Europe (former U.S. Military) and this store is by far one of the most beautiful shops we have seen, on both sides of the Atlantic.
