I had a terrible experience with Mavis A. Nkansah. From the moment our interaction started, her attitude was terrible. It took almost 4 hours for her to process the insurance, which is unacceptable. When I asked for assistance, instead of helping, she started breathing hard into the microphone — which came across as rude and unprofessional. I have been a client of Burke and Burke insurance and nationwide for 30 years. Today I received a notice that my home insurance is being canceled due to an audit that was performed on my home almost a year ago. The items that they asked me to take care of have been completed for months, but no one from the insurance agency ever checked back up on them. I guess new customers are easy to find now.
