I can’t say enough good things about Burke Brothers Plumbing & Water Heaters! They are always professional and reliable. This is the second time in a short while that I’ve needed help with plumbing issues at home. i had a great experience with burke brothers plumbing & water heaters and will definitely use them again. when i called to set up my plumbing service, the person i spoke with was very professional and even got me in earlier than planned when a spot opened up. javier, the plumber who came out, wasn't able to install my new shower and tub handles with the parts i bought, but he explained everything clearly and was really patient. he told me that the shower and tub couldn't be reached from the back, and fixing it would mean cut... read more

I called to get an estimate for my boiler because I thought it was having issues. The service was excellent from the moment I scheduled my appointment to when the plumber, Leonard, arrived to check my boiler. He found that there was nothing wrong with it and suggested a maintenance service, which I agreed to. Leonard also asked if he could look at my house pipes and gave me an estimate for some future work, but there was no pressure. I don’t even know where to start about this plumbing company. From the moment I called to when the plumbing job was finished, it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They handled my emergency plumbing issue quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. My outdoor spigot broke and water was pouring out everywhere. I had to turn off the water for the whole house and needed a plumber right away. Bruce showed up within the hour, pointed out where the shut off valve for the outside water was (it was hidden under ceiling tiles!), and then returned with the right tools to put in a new spigot.
