I had a wonderful experience at Burke & Bannayan. They shortened a chain and a leather bracelet for me, and both pieces were finished flawlessly. The craftsmanship is exceptional — you would never know any adjustments had been made. Vic and John were professional, courteous, and ensured everything fit perfectly.
