Such a breath of fresh air compared to who was there before! Such a great practice!
Dr. Neibaur and his staff are efficient and friendly. We were nervous with having our old orthodontist sale the Delta practice to someone new when we were almost done, but Neibaur Family Orthodontics has been a very pleasant experience.
Terribly disappointed! Birkin-Bergstrom initially came to my town for orthodontic treatment, during which I had my braces removed. They had promised to complete my treatment using their in-house aligners. However, to my dismay, they transferred their patients to a different orthodontic provider, resulting in a chaotic handover. Both orthodontic practices ended up collecting money from me, leaving my treatment incomplete and causing me significant frustration. Incredibly frustrated ! My initial orthodontist sold their patients (including myself )to this practice, my orthodontic journey took a turn for the worse. When I first came to them, my braces had been removed, and I was under the impression that they would continue my treatment with their in-house aligners. However, the transition was far from smooth.
