What a great place! If they don’t have the trim you are looking for (or in my case, trying to match) they can have a knife blade made and make it for you! Outstanding service, highly recommend.
A treasure to have here in STL. Better shopping experience and expertise than the big box stores obviously, but honestly I think their prices are comparable as well- not to mention they actually have what you need. They had some profiles in stock to match our 1888 home, and 2 week turn around for what we need customized. You can trust this place will steer you in the right direction and sell you quality at fair price.
These guys mill good stuff, but the sales guy is painful to deal with, like he can’t be bothered to answer questions or interact with people in general. And sometimes they won’t work from dimensions, they want a template…if I have to go to the trouble of making a template, for what these guys charge…I’ll spend my money on a few router bits and make the stuff myself.
These folks need to work on their customer service skills. Unnecessary level of hostility.
