I’ve been here a few times, I always tip really well (over $20 for a $50 fill) I came to get a soak off and fresh acrylic. The tech got out the nail clippers, I said no. She proceeded to grab my hand and cut off my nails. I called Maria over and said, I asked for a soak off, why is she cutting my nails? Maria asked why she was doing it, the tech started laughing and said, oh I thought they were fake. No apologies, nothing. Walked in on a Friday got sat right away. Super clean and very friendly staff. I felt welcomed being a bw. I had to tip $23 bc my nails came out so beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Spent 60 bucks on terrible tips most of them are sideways none of them are straight and the shaping is horrific i will never again spend my money here SMH i should've seen the warning signs it was Saturday afternoon and it was only 2 of us getting done so it makes sense. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the way they acted i didnt even bother to say look my nails are twisted because a person like me complains and we get the cops called and accused of not wanting to pay..... so i just left it like that but i will never be ... read more
