I went to the dealership to test drive a car on or about 3/26/16. We were unable to reach a deal, so I left the dealership. After I left, the dealer called me daily promising a "good deal". I had already stated my budget when I arrived. I was called in on or about March 25, 2016 to come and buy my car. Best Place For Your Toyota Purchase! I love my Toyota Sequoia! Sterling McCall made this experience wonderful! The sales team was very helpful with helping me select the car best for my family needs. They also gave me a very fair price for my trade. The finance department was unlike your typical car dealership. Amazing Service Great Service since 2004 and it is 2011. My Toyota is running like a new truck.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS, PERIOD! I brought my car in on Saturday after scheduling an appointment. I stated the problem I noticed about the car and it was wisked into the back. No further questions regarding the nature of the problem were addressed. I felt like they didn't care or didn't want to know the real problem. The mechanic assigned to my car finally came back and asked me again what was wrong with my car because he obviously didn't know what he was looking for. Wonderful service I was completely satisfied as always. I know that I can go to other mechanics for tire, oil changes that are a bit closer and cheaper but the service I receive is second to none. If/when I purchase another vehicle it will be a Toyota form Sterling McCall.
If you like a lack of integrity and guts Showed me a car and then when I was sitting in the finance manager's office they came in and told me they already sold it. Left the poor sales guy hanging in the wind as I never heard from the manager who made the "mistake" nor was there any effort in putting me in a comparable car. Instead they only showed me lesser vehicles. I told a friend about what happened and they asked "Sterling McCall"?
