Neglect. Left me in poop overnight. Urine for hours. The cna hurt me while changing me. Dug hr fingers into me. The doctor has refused to treat my venous insufficiency which i showed her 3 weeks ago. At that time, it was only a 4x6 red hot rash. Now its developed what the vascu k ar surgeon called blisters. This doctor, who's,anti semetic and discriminating because of ny disabilty, stood there arguing about my terminology. If left untreated, the blisters will become open sores called venous ulcers. My dad came the about 2 weeks ago. The staff was very accommodating at helping my dad with anything he needed. The staff are very friendly. They had a nice place for my dad and his friends to socialize and play cards and have a good time. His room was nice and clean. He was very happy with all the services he received. The food was good for him it helped in his recovery. On behalf of myself and my family we want thank you.
