Worked with Jeremy and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude, ignored me, and even lied. Their behavior was blatantly discriminatory and completely unprofessional—would not recommend.
Advise you make appointments early to eliminate the busy hours. Never asked if needed transportation service back to my destination. Nor do they vacuum or wash vehicles or offer this service when after maintenance work to your vehicles are completed.
I brought my 2022 Nissan Altima to this dealership for two issues: a non-working horn and a noise from the wheel. They charged me for two separate diagnostics, but the horn was repaired under warranty at no cost. However, for the wheel noise, they charged me nearly $300 for a diagnosis and claimed I needed to replace both front struts for $1,800—stating it wasn’t covered under warranty due to minor curb rash on my wheels.
