Valentina made my experience amazing. She made sure I was taken care of and I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond. And I just had my first oil change here. Which was a nice experience as well. Jeremy was very courteous and work was done sooner than expected. Happy here!
Serious Safety Oversight & Poor Customer Service I brought my tow vehicle in for service and was shocked to find it returned with rear tires set to 50 PSI—despite the manufacturer’s sticker clearly calling for 80 PSI in the rear. Towing at 50 PSI is extremely dangerous. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before hitting the road. This kind of oversight could cause a serious accident and shows a troubling lack of quality control. Excellent experience!
Worked with Jeremy and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude, ignored me, and even lied. Their behavior was blatantly discriminatory and completely unprofessional—would not recommend.
Advise you make appointments early to eliminate the busy hours. Never asked if needed transportation service back to my destination. Nor do they vacuum or wash vehicles or offer this service when after maintenance work to your vehicles are completed.
