I had contact lenses exam and prescription. It went very well. Polite and friendly staff. Caring, professional doctor.
The experience I had was that of caring and solving issues specific to me. The care treatment is personal to your needs. I’m always remembered from my last visit. My whole family are now clients. We all are very happy with the care we have received.
This place is a joke! I had an exam and purchased glasses. The pick up day I tried on the glasses and could not see with them on. The receptionist said to give them a week to adjust. At that point I should've been firm and said NO! I called a week later requesting a refund and was told a manager would call me. A year later I still haven't received that call! I had an appointment here today to get my glasses and contact prescriptions updated, and omg. Dr. Lock is so awesome! So thorough, and so friendly. The front staff is equally great. Highly recommend!!
