Disappointed. Bought a new truck at Burien Chevrolet earlier this year and the first service is free. I bought the 2500 HD and the free service is to include oil change, inspection, tire rotation and topping off of DEF. I had an appointment on Saturday morning at a time slot that they suggested. We have been bringing our vehicles to Burien Chevrolet for service and repairs for about 4 years. In the first few years we were generally satisfied with our visits but time to time there were frustrations. It was little things like repairs taking longer than told, having to return to complete repairs and not getting clear answers from service advisors that seemed overwhelmed or lacked knowledge. Updated Review 11/11/2025 I have to give credit to the Service Manager, Dan, who came through and made sure everything was processed and corrected. I did receive my refund, and the situation was resolved. I’ve updated my review to 4 stars — not 5 — because this issue should never have happened in the first place, and I shouldn’t have had to go through so much just to get it corrected. While picking up a car I slipped and feel on the oil slick at the entrance. I’ve asked repeatedly for information for their liability insurance which they claim to not carry. I simply want to be examined to ensure I have no long term injury. It is very disappointing that I now have to retain counsel when this could have been taken care of with a bit of honesty and compassion.
