My experience at the dealership was outstanding from start to finish. Joey was incredibly helpful, providing clear information, answering my questions, and making sure I understood everything about the process. He went above and beyond to help get my car checked in and even helped coordinate transportation so I could get home. I came in just needing my car programmed after installing a new part. I spoke with Zack and he made it as simple and easy as could be. I told him what I needed, he gave me the estimate up front and fast and then i just waited in the lobby until the service was done and that was that. Zack was a very pleasant and friendly guy to talk with for the couple minutes i did, i was really happy with the service he provided. Disappointed. Bought a new truck at Burien Chevrolet earlier this year and the first service is free. I bought the 2500 HD and the free service is to include oil change, inspection, tire rotation and topping off of DEF. I had an appointment on Saturday morning at a time slot that they suggested. It took 3 hours to get the service complete. And it wasn’t really busy. Oil change was performed. I am still not clear if the tires were rotated. The paperwork has conflicting information on it. We have been bringing our vehicles to Burien Chevrolet for service and repairs for about 4 years. In the first few years we were generally satisfied with our visits but time to time there were frustrations. It was little things like repairs taking longer than told, having to return to complete repairs and not getting clear answers from service advisors that seemed overwhelmed or lacked knowledge.
