Never again! My parents were in an accident the Sunday before the 4th of July. They took it in Tuesday and were told all the shop staff were off for the week, cool, enjoy! Then asked if they wanted to leave the car, sure! Big mistake! The insurance company didn't total until about 15 days in. They wanted to buy it back from the insurance and take it and pay Burhops the fee for looking at it/ deductible. However they chose to tear the car down, of course they did. Still waiting for approvals but in the meantime Josh deserves a raise. He calls and and emails me informing updates. My insurance company made a mess with the claim numbers and $deductible amount but Josh has been following up with me and them. Customer service means a lot and makes a difference . Thanks Josh! I'll update this review as soon as my car is fixed.. Car fixed , burshop completed this job without any issues. They used quality and OEM products and they also configured all sensors.
My Mustang Mach E was recently at Burhops while I was in the hospital. Their work is perfection and they even cleaned out and vacuumed the interior. Needless to say, I was very pleased and surprised.
