I had a Samsung cold climate heat pump installed by Brian 18 months ago and found the original service exceptional. However, over the last week I have left (2) phone messages and (2) text messages requesting a call-back. None of my messages have been acknowledged. Any one looking for a quality HVAC company ""look no further."" I was interested in replacing my old furnace and installing a whole house AIR EXCHANGER and a 230V steam humidifier. Reasons why /// My home has wood floors, solid wood doors and cabinets. My windows would ice up in some rooms and the floors and cabinets would expand and contract during seasonal change.
