A small family flavored business where you can make friends or get it and go. Prices are reasonable. Before you try Amazon for that weird part, try Burhill. Military friendly.

The people who work here and run this place are the epitome of the way a home improvement store should be run. Always beyond helpful. Always willing to give real advice. If they had a lumber department I would never step foot in Lowe's or home Depot. Beyond fantastic.
Always helpful and friendly, I come here when I need advice on fixing things and what products to use, and they have never let me down. Would rather go here than Home Depot or Lowe’s.
Awesome all around – For a smaller store they sure stock a lot of products. The service can't be beat and while I live closer to one of the other area chain stores, I visit Burhill whenever possible. They certainly save me time and aggravation and in the long run their experience saves me $$ as I do not buy crap I don't need.
Burhill True Value Hardware is valued When I couldn't find the part I needed at Fisher's, they told me to go to Burhill. Small store but they will carry what most of the other stores do not. Great service.
Unbeatable service – Burhill is family owned and operated; an old fashioned store you'd find in a Norman Rockwell painting. They're a True Value affiliate and have all the sales you'd expect from a chain, but also have the experience and willingness to help whenever needed. Additionally, they stock many of the hard-to-find items needed to restore the older houses in area. Can't say enough good thing about them, it's a great place to shop!
I love Burhill! The gentlemen at Burhill are always helpful in my experience and considering the size of the shop, they always have what ever I am looking for. This store stocks serious items you won't find in the big box stores. I would rather get in and out of this hardware store, than spend an hour in Home Depot looking for the simplest item.
