We had a copier lease contract with them for 5 years. Soon after the lease ended the copier had lots of problems. After paying for numerous repairs we sent notice to terminate our contract. They told us we could buy it from them for $2500 or send it back (shipping was $500) and it had to be in working order. The copier was 5 years old. We had already paid them over $11,000 on it and at this point it couldn't be fixed. Online we found a used one for $350. Now they're still billing us and trying to ruin our credit.
