Run down, poorly maintained, homeowner operated HOA. HOA inexperienced and clueless in regards to maintenance. Association fees are high for services rendered and fees increase every year.

i have a condo here. The neighbors are very friendly and sociable. There are two sides: Burgundy l where i am is 55+ and has rental restrictions. The other side has more rentals. We have many social activities and a nice pool. Most of the negative reviews on here are about the other side.
