Rob runs a really professional and honest sevice and has genuine care for his patients. I had a benign tumour return after surgery which is a possible outcome that you acknowledge prior to surgery. However Rob offered to remove it again but free of charge, insisting that the outcome matters and not the money. Post op, he explained what had occurred in detail and was true to his word and did not charge despite being within his rights to do so. Really pleased with the result and care from the team.
