Good people, probably the best body shop in montpelier.
I worked there for 7 years and got treaded like trash, cheated out of pay, and scammed I have seen how they really do work and it's sloppy and not worth the trouble thay don't double check there work and prep It correctly save you money and troubles and go somewhere else.
My car was there for over two months. It was still not done correctly.
After waiting for 5 MONTHS, and being lied to consistently. We just decided to rent a trailer and haul our daughters car to another auto body shop. Incredibly disappointed. They lied to my daughter for months. Even told her “it’s almost done!” Just for me to discover that they hadn’t even STARTED working on her car. Deb said- “It will be done in a month”. Then she said….. “It will be done in a FEW WEEKS”. Then she said….. “We are working on it, call next week” This game played on and on for SEVERAL MONTHS. until I called her bluff! I told Deb I’m coming to look at the car…… SHE ADMITTED THEY HADN’T STARTED! This was a simple front end bumper repair. Nothing complicated. Deb told me she had another customer wait 8 months for their car to be fixed!
