I have been seeing Dr. McKay for many years. I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience. In fact, I feel she saved my life by discovering a melanoma on my arm. It was due to her insistence that I had it biopsied and then removed. That was in 1998 and I still see her yearly for other skin eruptions.

Our whole family has been going to this practice for years. It is clear to me that the doctors love what they do and they are up to date in the current research. They look at each patient and case instead of applying a general diagnosis to the symptoms. This practice isn't close to us - it is about 45 mins away and but it is worth the drive.

This has to be the worst physicians office, anywhere. I made an appointment to be seen for an infected boil. I was told that they couldn't see me right away, I had to wait a week and a half. The pain was so intense that I ended up seeing my PCP just to get a script for an antibiotic until the dermatologist could fit me in. At my actual exam, Dr. Schuler examined my body then proceeded to look at my boil (which I had to remind her about). Her diagnosis and treatment? A very disappointing experience. I had to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. I was asked to put on a gown that was embarrassingly small and then made to wait again. After another 8 minutes, the doctor came in and asked if I had ever seen a dermatologist before, and I said no. Then she gave me a "thorough" examination.
