Repeatedly have had to call in because they talked to pick up my trash. They return and pick up trash, and take my recycling. They do not have recycling contract in this community. They say they separate, but I doubt it...and why would you do that to your employees!? Just terrible. 3 times in 6 months. Poor service.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They consistently not pick up my Garbage that the landlord pays them to do. I call and get a different bs story each time. Yesterday I was told that it would be picked up within 24 hrs. Called today and was told that they were here at 430 and no Garbage was out. My can is by my basement door where it has been since Thursday. They took a picture of where my neighbors Garbage is and said that nothing was there. She moved out. My Garbage was there! Miss pickups 2 weeks in row. Very difficult to contact by phone. Not recommended as of now unless things get better.
