The" headquarter" did not have any signal when the technician was doing work at my house. I am re-trying to take over the alarm system again from the tenant. The technician tried many times and I was told to wait out and the result was that I had to carry the useless waiting time. The tech was trying to be courteous for the wait was more or less an hour. Tirso was outstanding and fantastic. He was extremely polite and very dedicated in figuring out all of our questions. He excelled with coordinating with our media tech over the phone to get our 8 security cameras to work in the proper ports in our media deck. Everything is working perfectly now thanks to Tirso!!!

Sorry but General Security is no Burglar Alarm Services. If you are a new customer, you won’t compare them to the company they purchased. But if you ever worked with Bruce who owned Burglar Alarm Services there’s no comparison as the old owner and his approach to customer service was one of a kind. Years ago I used ADT and had repeated issues. I found Burglar Alarm Services and met Bruce, wanted to switch from ADT but I still had 18 months on my contract.
