My mom has been receiving excellent care at Burgess Square. She has unfortunately been at multiple hospitals and rehabs since October 2025 and out of all the places she has been, Burgess has provided her with the best rehab, wound care, and nursing attention! From the physicians to the CNAs, my family can finally trust the care she has been receiving. If you send your loved one to Burgess, know that they will provide the best care as if they were caring for their own! Thank you Burgess for everything!!
A deeply disappointing and distressing experience My mother recently stayed at this facility for three weeks, and the experience was far below any acceptable standard of care. She returned home in significantly worse condition than when she arrived. Despite this facility’s claims of providing high-quality rehabilitation, the care she received was grossly inadequate.
