Best place to bring your parents or do rehab, my mom has been there so many times and all they are in so nice :) I even apologize for bothering them when they are busy and they say call anytime.. they are gold
My mother was a resident at Burgess for rehab. While this facility was not our first choice, we hoped she would receive compassionate care and support during her stay. Unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The overall atmosphere often felt depressing and unwelcoming. Getting answers from nursing staff was often frustrating, as it sometimes seemed like they did not want to be bothered or responded with an attitude. Rehab was good. People are nice. Residents ate in their rooms. I feel people can be taken out to dining room to eat.
My Great Grandpa was at this center for rehab, he was very tired and he can't get in the bed by himself. We had to wait about 40 minutes when the Nursing assistant said she would help him get into bed in 10 minutes.
VERY unhappy with this place. Zero collaboration with my mother's doctors. The nursing staff is caring, but the on site doctor was extremely disappointing.
