Called to get a quote for replacing the water heater. Asked the operator if they did service in my area and if they could do the replacement. They told me yes to both my questions. Operator asked question about the water heater that I do not know and I asked if someone could be sent out operator refused to send someone out. I don't know anything about water heaters. That's why I called them, but operator expected me to collect the information for them. Poor service.
Wow! What a difference. I have used many different plumbers during my time in the Shen Valley. Burgess Plumbing is by far the best. My initial email questioned their service area and area of expertise, and it was met immediately by Melody Burgess, when I say immediately, I mean immediately. I sent a question about hot water heaters at Noon, and it was answered by 3 PM. Melody was polite and knowledgeable. She asked for a few pictures and confirmed Burgess Plumbing could meet my needs. The customer service provided by Melody Burgess is terrible. The job they did was not completed. We were to have a follow up and were told hatefully by her that another charge would be incurred. No one ever called to schedule; received a bill for over $400 with a threatening note that we are going to be turned over to collections.
