Logan and partner were very professional. Arrived on time and put in a good day of work, explained our new water purification system. Very happy with the product and service at Burgess. A real asset for the 100 Mile area.

Had my furnace repaired. Work was done professionally. Mark was very good at his job. He knew what he had to do, with no guessing, or hesitation, would highly Recommend!
The technician that came to the house was pleasant , capable and methodical. He not only repaired the hot water tank but also found the water pressure in the house was far higher than it should have been . After a quick conversation he replaced the faulty part causing the problem . Saving me from future problems . Informed me that I should get my furnace and water softener maintained regularly . So I will now start doing that . He was knowledgeable and helpful . I could not be more pleased.
