Excellent service and very friendly plumber! 😄
We visited Burgess during a bathroom rental and with a question regarding plumbing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. We would recommend this business to others.
Had my furnace repaired. Work was done professionally. Mark was very good at his job. He knew what he had to do, with no guessing, or hesitation, would highly Recommend!
The technician that came to the house was pleasant , capable and methodical. He not only repaired the hot water tank but also found the water pressure in the house was far higher than it should have been . After a quick conversation he replaced the faulty part causing the problem . Saving me from future problems . Informed me that I should get my furnace and water softener maintained regularly . So I will now start doing that . He was knowledgeable and helpful . I could not be more pleased.
I originally reviewed my experience with Burgess as 5 star. I am now changing that review. I had Burgess attend to look at my water softener as I was experiencing salt turning to mush. I was more than surprised when my 4.5hr $800 labour bill was submitted to me and what they left me with is "your system needs to be replaced". The 4th line in the email sent with the invoice is the threat of "2% per month or 26.82% per annum" on outstanding invoices.
