Marc is a great plumber and communicates well about what needs to be done.
Marc did the furnace & hot water tank service at my place. Amazing customer service. Did a great job and explained it all. Highly recommend
Their parts are the most expensive in the town, meanwhile the tags said price doesn’t match the real price.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using Burgess. While the installation work itself was acceptable, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. It took 48 hours of combined labor to replace two tankless hot water units and two frost-free hose bibs, which seems excessive to me, though I suppose that’s a matter of perspective. On top of that, the invoice included roughly $1,500 in overcharges for materials that were never used.
