Burgess Plumbing was extremely professional, quick, and the cost was very reasonable!
Although I have not used Burgess Plumbers yet, I spoke with Dan Burgess regarding a plumbing issue. He was so helpful and took time with me on the phone to address the issue. Most plumbers would have been more interested in taking my money. I am so impressed with this company and I will definitely call on them for services needed in my home. It is so hard to come across a company that has good ethics and when you do, you hold on to them.. Burgess Plumbers is a keeper. So glad I found them.
Had some work done this morning! After speaking with Mr. Burgess on two occasions, he seemed very honest and his cost estimate didn't justify a second job. Service repairmen "Shawn" was on time and even offered to take off his shoes! Is this service or what! Shawn explained what needed to happen then he got the job done. Thumbs Up!
I called this company and spoke with Dan Burgess. He was up front with me and came across as a sincere person. He told me exactly what they could do and what they do not do, such as associated electrical work. He gave me a ballpark figure on what my job would cost (install hot water dispenser) less electrical work. I will go back to this business for plumbing work. RJ
Burgess Plumbers came out this morning right on time and the work was outstanding the problem was fixed and they would not leave until the problem was fixed and solved. So far so good I haven't had any problems so far today. Very professional. I would recommend Burgess Plumbers and I will use them again in the future. Great Job Guys.
