Freaked out on my mom over a basic question which was not posed in any inflammatory or accusatory manner. Said that he quote "knows more than [we] will ever know". Do not cross this person.

On time and on point. Mr. Burgess didn't only tune my piano, but he also showed me the history of the maker of my piano, which was neat! He is quite passionate in what he does and has a lot of tools to tune pretty much anything. My piano was flat by 20% and he fixed everything in less than 2 hours, double checking every key for best harmony. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone.
