They filed my filed the sides of my teeth down too far a few years ago. It was excruciatingly painful while they were doing it even though they told me it would just feel cold? Apparently it's not supposed to be painful at all. The front of my bottom row have been really sensitive since then. Aside from that they were fine if not a little snarky.
If you have any issue with you or your child’s braces, they will make you or your child feel bad about it. I have been using needle nose pliers to fix my braces for 2 years now at home because as a 39 year old, I like my dignity, so I’ll not call to bother them, I just position the wire back into the bracket myself with my sons help. The staff turn over rate is high, Burgess has a nasty attitude toward her staff and seems highly agitated 95% of the time. We searched around for the best and man did we find it. Everyone is so kind and great with my son.
My daughter got her braces a little over 2 years ago and they have been outstanding No complaints whatsoever from us! Highly recommend Burgess Orthodontics
