Onawa location has constantly mistreated, misdiagnosed and gaslit me. They will push random meds to ignore symptoms instead of trying to cure the cause of those symptoms. They are lacking knowledge on conditions I deal with and will tell me they know more because of their degree. They dismiss what I have to say and record it as anxiety or period problems. My vacation was cut short and I ended up in the emergency room at Burgess Hospital Very grateful for the people who examined me. Katie, Kelsey and Nick were professional from the start. They made you feel like you were home. Excellent staff and facility. Thank you all for your professionalism and care. Greatly appreciated your help in getting me back on the road.

All of the staff at Burgess Health Center were outstanding with their patient care. They took great care of me from the moment I walked in the door. They addressed my concerns and gave a very thorough examination. They treated me with the kind of care that one would feel from a high end spa. Staff also treated one another with kindness and respect. You could tell that every person wanted to help the other be great at what they do. Thank you!

Worst place to go to if you're in pain I sat in my room for 3hr in pain and still didn't get to hear my test results cuz everyone was busy.
