One of their subcontractors visited about a month ago and did an adequate job of cleaning carpets. However, the technician left a faucet running while filling a bucket of water…the bucket overflowed onto hardwood floors that are now warped/destroyed. I haven’t received a promised call-back from management since that time despite numerous inquiries. Have been disconnected while on hold, hung up on, and generally ignored. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not use!
