We recently retired to Cranbrook and bought an older mobile home. We don't plan on selling, but would require an electrical 'silver seal' in order to do so. Initially we decided to replace the panel and make a few other changes, and called Joel in. After discussing with him and getting a quote, we decided to go for the silver seal inspection as well as replacing the panel.
