Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. Reporting homes that are up to code when it’s not even livable and having multiple violations. You’re nothing but a hypocrite company and defending builders who don’t make homes livable. Imagine your own family living in those homes and you inspect it, you provably wouldn’t buy those homes know it’s not livable or safe. Mike Quaid did an inspection on a home and it had only one inch of insulation and he passed it. He also missed many other major violations. Considering you are the contractors third partty inspector I can see missing some, but insulation? This man will pass a home with MAJOR defects to make to builder happy. He isn't for the home buyer.
I had an excellent experience with this company, and appreciated the prompt call back and responses. They are extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them for your next project!
