I want to say that everyone we came accross, that works at Burgess Caravans, are wonderful. They are polite, informative people and nothing was a problem for them when it came to the 101questions we had and finding the parts that our 11 year old caravan needed.... Wow, wow, wow!! Amazing service from Chris and Luke. We were stuck on the side of the Great Western Highway with our slideout bed on caravan suddenly spitting out the screws on the frame and the bed sliding out while we were driving , but then we stopped and it refused to go back in 🫣 After phoning our dealer, they contacted Burgess repair, to see if they could get the bed in at the least and then we could get a repairer at our next stop to look at full repair. Recently we needed emergency repairs to our caravan which lost a wheel on the Mid-Western highway. Darryl went out of his way to get us mobile at a time when is was snowed under with work demands.
