I met Eric when he worked for another company, and he suggested some work that he could do for me on my house. We agreed on the work and I paid him a down payment. Four months later, he's not done the work. He proposed a day to do it and then ghosted me. He has only offered lies and excuses and will not return my down payment. He is now not replying to me at all. I would not recommend working with Eric. UPDATE - Eric still has not returned my security deposit and it's been six months. He is a thief.

Very disappointed to have to leave this review. I considered Eric a friend and trusted him. I hired him to install new cabinet fronts and paid him several thousand dollars as a deposit. That was over 6 months ago. He strung me along and kept telling me they were coming, but when I contacted Waypoint Cabinets, they explained the order was never placed. This contractor had stole my money, gave him a down payment and never came through with services ,multiple times contacted him and we got only lyes about his contractor license and ghost architect
