Here's a tip for you guys: there's a sometimes-used social custom known as an "apology." Apologies are not necessarily an admission of guilt or fault, but in a business-customer relationship, an apology can, at the very least, acknowledge a customer's displeasure as valid. I just had the worst cheeseburger I've ever had. I took one bite and threw it away. The cook was eating his own food while making mine. I will never recommend this place to anyone .
