I had a really unpleasant experience here. The Aussie lady working behind the counter was not very clean while preparing food — it looked unhygienic and unprofessional. The place needs better hygiene standards and staff training. Definitely not coming back until they improve cleanliness.Â
I had a bad experience at this Burgerville. The aussie women who prepare the food didn’t seem to follow good hygiene practices — the area looked messy, and the food didn’t seem clean or well-made. Management really needs to improve training and cleanliness standards here because it leaves a bad impression on customers.Â

Absolutely amazing loaded fries! I tried the Kewpie loaded fries at Burgerville, Maryland, and they were top-notch. The flavor was on point, perfectly crispy, and loaded with just the right toppings. Honestly one of the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. Highly recommend giving them a try!Â
