I had left my purse at this Burgerville in The Dalles, OR, after eating a DELICIOUS lunch. Once I was aware of missing my purse miles away, I gave them a call and sure enough their honest employee had found my purse and had secured it. This honesty is remarkable! I am so lucky because of their honesty! I was able to receive my purse with nothing missing. How can I thank them enough?...I will never know. My first time eating at this place and I ordered a Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich and I was very dissapointed. Although the chicken was crispy and good, everything else about the burger was gross. My sandwich was supposed to come with BBQ sauce and I didn't taste any. The cheese was similar to rubber and was hard to swallow. I also ordered French fries and they weren't Crispy at all, they were hardly cooked and were soggy. Won't be going back any time soon.
While promising looking at first, Burgerville turned out to be nothing but disappointment. To start, they accidentally gave our number to someone else and when I went up to point out the matter they talked amongst themselves and then promptly neglected to acknowledge me afterwards. So my dad and I end up awkwardly standing by the counter while the cashier dillegently pretended we didn't exist and then disappeared into the back room. Best fast food chain service in the whole state of Oregon. Nobody makes a better hazelnut milk shake. Don't forget the onion rings with the garlic dip!
Very friendly and helpful
I went to the drive thru 8/13/2014 and my bill was for $10.49. I got 1 regular size 1/2 lb hamburger with 1 slice of wilted lettuce on it and 1 regular wala wala onion rings, which had a total of 3 onion rings, 1 big one and 2 medium size. I will never go to a Burgerville again if this is how all Burgervilles run their establishment. Food was good, only scant amount though and no I'm not an overweight person who needs lots of food either. Thank you

I require one of these to be in my stomach right now. The night before thanksgiving and all I can think about eating is a juicy delicious fresh Pepper Bacon Tillamook Cheeseburger. OMG its so good!
