Spending nearly $20 per person and not even getting free refills is disappointing. At that price point, basic hospitality, like refilling a soda, or at least providing water shouldn’t come with extra charges or excuses. The food itself was average, but the overall value just isn’t there. No refills on soda and no water after spending over $50 for my family to eat. Do you just want to irritate your customers?
The burger was good, but all of sudden they don’t give refills on drinks? They charge you for condiments? It’s a $20 burger meal, maybe they should change their drink policy and splurge for 0.15 worth of soda if a customer wants a refill.
Literally nothing works, bathroom doesn’t work, none of the sodas at the drink machine work, lady at the front was rude please bring your own lunch if you were planning on stopping here after the beach.
Terrible experience, burguers were burnt, overcooked and dry. The manager was rude. It took a long time to receive our food. The kitchen seemed frazzled and backed up with the orders, very dissorganized.
