Small burger joint on site at the airport. Burgers are on the thin smaller side and may be prepared correctly, or incorrectly, but it's a crapshoot. Some of the staff are very nice and some of them are abrasive and rude. At the airport heading home and stopped at Burger Fi for chicken and ff. Waited 25 min for my food. 13 people ordered after me and got theirs. When I asked after about 5 people if they had the order the girl said "Yeah". I was #28 and when they called 39 I asked again what the delay was. She said "I work out here not in the kitchen". I asked for a refund and was told it was "out of my hands" and there was no manager there. The worst part I actually tipped them when I placed the order.
A new record for the smallest thinnest burger patty ever. Precooked, dried out, but with signs of past glory. At least it was delivered quickly, after all it is in an airport.
The burger was so dry it was difficult to chew. The fries were great. The workers smh. I know its the airport and overpriced but geez the cost.
