Long, unfriendly waits. It looks like fast food, but your burger will take 10 minutes and you will be told that you are standing in the wrong location to wait. Then you get your burger and ... do you see any meat at all? I'm eating $15 lettuce bread.
Burger tasted like a burger. The fries were some of the best and freshest I have ever tried from a fast food restaurant. Overall I had to give just a middle review. Hardest part of the entire place to swallow is a burger, fries and drink costing $25. All the food tasted like it should have no complaints just super expensive for the portion and a fast food spot. The BurgerFi Burger was amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and way better than I expected for airport food. The seating was very comfortable, and Ashleigh along with the entire team were so pleasant and welcoming. Fantastic experience 👏
The woman at the counter was very nice. Unfortunately, that's where the positive aspects of this review ends. I ordered the Ultimate Bacon Cheesebuger. The patties were dry and hard and the bacon ... no words to describe it. In short this was the worst BurgerFi experience I've ever had. In defense of BurgerFi's normally excellent quality, as the BurgerFi app doesn't actually list this location, I'm guessing that this is not an actual BurgerFi but rather an HMS Host licensed operator. There aren't many food options at Jacksonville Airport. I've been to BurgerFi a couple of times. It is decent if you like burgers. The menu is somewhat limited. I want with a double bacon cheesburger this time. Exactly as described, 2 beef patties, American cheese and ba on on a bun.
