Worst burger (if that is what is was) I have had in a very long time. Two patties cooked to whatever is past well overdone. Just terrible.
Very disappointed. I used to like BurgerFi but the quality has gone down a lot. The patties are not even a quarter inch thick. Rather just have a single half inch thick patty. Very few options, no ability to customize orders on the menu, and the burger was overcooked so it was like eating leather. It's clear that corporate cares much more about profit than providing edible food. I will not eat at a BurgerFi again.
