Terrible. Waited over 20 min. Had to walk them thru my order. They didn’t care at all.
Service was very slow and very understaffed. Asked for help and was told to ask someone else. Avoid if you’re trying to grab a quick meal .
Ornella is a true asset to your company. I watched her deescalate a volatile situation with a guest over her food. If this is any indication of how she is… your company is in good hands.
Horrible breakfast service.
So this was an experience. I have an early flight and I'm hungry, burger fi sweet! I out my order in and as I put my 16$ burger order in the lady yells ONLY BREAKFAST!! She says she can't do a refund I have to pick a breakfast sandwich, whatever I pick a breakfast sandwich add sausage and extra bacon to make up for the price. Kinda BS but I roll with it. Sandwich comes out slopping full of grease. Oh well I guess. Will 100% be doing a charge back
