Terrible. Everything bad. The airport should shut this place down. Complete and utter trash experience for a high price.
They have a shiny brand, but the food can't keep up. Cold food, poorly made, over fried, over salted. Looked nothing like the advertising on the menu. A shade worse than Wendy's. Avoid the gut rot.

Absolutely pathetic- been to BurgerFi many times in Nashville and always loved it. Huge meat patty and full of flavor in Nashville TOTALLY different experience at Newark airport- BARELY A HOCKEY PUCK and very THIN “meat” patty. Gross! Should be renamed Burglar Fi.
I waited 40 min for some chicken strips. The crew was singing happy birthday for what seemed like forever. My toast was not toast but they just put a piece of bread in there. Wouldn’t stop again ever
